FIP President’s Message
On behalf of the FIP Board, I would like to congratulate the Organizing Committee of DUBAI 2026 for holding this FIP Specialised World Stamp Exhibition for the first time in the United Arab Emirates, from February 4 -8, 2026 at the Sheikh Maktoum Hall, World Trade Centre. FIP is very proud to support and extend its Patronage to the show.
The Emirates Philatelic Association had been very active in organising national, regional and international exhibitions over the last few years, and as the FIP Consultant for this exhibition, I am very confident that with their wealth of accumulated experience, DUBAI 2026 will be a very successful world-level exhibition. This exhibition shall also be the first FIP exhibition in 2026 to celebrate FIP’s Centenary.
We believe that everyone who attend and support this exhibition shall not just be able to see close to 2,000 frames of philatelic gems, but also have a memorable visit to Dubai, which is well-known globally for its myriad cuisines, luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene.
May I thank in advance all the National Commissioners who carry the exhibits to the show; jurors; dealers, supporters and visitors, as well as all volunteers who help to make the exhibition possible in one way or another. May I also thank FIP Vice-President Richard Tan, the deputy Consultant for DUBAI 2026 who helped make my job as Consultant for DUBAI 2026 much easier.
Look forward to seeing all our friends in DUBAI 2026!
Prakob Chirakiti
President
